Many people who taste our products and who cook themselves comment on how their foods do not taste as good as ours. They ask us how we are able to achieve such a great tasting product when they cannot do this at home. One of our secrets is in the ingredients that we use. When we search for ingredients, we source only the finest produce, spices, coffees, teas, flours, etc. We conduct side-by-side testing using samples from various quality food suppliers. We consider such attributes as local, freshness, taste, aroma, texture, appearance, and, most importantly, they must be all natural and/or organic.

High quality necessitates higher costs. It is difficult to produce high quality, all natural ingredients. Therefore, these costs are passed along to all of us but it is worth it. Knowing the source of your food is important in today’s age where food safety has been threatened. As a Virginia’s Finest company and members of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), we exercise the utmost care to provide our customers with the safest and best quality available that we can find, sourcing from the United States either at origin or on the distributor level. For the high quality ingredients that we receive from our sources, we are willing to expend the extra efforts and financial resources necessary to provide our customers with a better tasting, healthier, high quality product. Why Gluten Free?

We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy our products. In order to achieve this, we found that we needed to choose all natural or organic ingredients that were compatible to everyone. Therefore, as we developed and continue to develop our products, we take into consideration those people who have allergies to various food ingredients such as wheat. We also cater to those who are looking tor additional ingredient options to incorporate into their diets. We strive to make these foods healthier and better tasting than their traditional counter-parts. This way, you don't have to be on a gluten free diet, to enjoy our gluten free food.
