Mrs. Bryant had the pleasure of meeting world famous chocolate maker Gary Guittard. Guittard chocolate is used in those of Mrs. Bryant's products that require chocolate use the Guittard brand chocolate. Guittard's chocolate is all natural and made in California. Mrs. Bryant's is in the process of developing a unique hot chocolate blend using Guittard's chocolate. Mr. Guittard sampled Mrs. Bryant's Orchard Fresh Gourmet blueberry apple sauce which incorporates Guittard's chocolate powder. During their conversation, ideas were exchanged, philosophies shared, and various chocolate processing techniques discussed. Joy first met Lenny in 2007 at their sons tennis match. Their families became fast friends, sharing common interests in tennis, swimming and, most importantly, really good food.
