Serves 8 Category: Lunch Simple Blueberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar – 4 oz Blend vinegar with applesauce. Toss with salad of mixed greens and carrots. Serves 8 Grilled Yellow Squash with Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet India Spice Coat yellow squash with L’essence de Oil Melange over all surfaces. Sprinkle L’essence de India on each side of the coated yellow squash. Place coated squash on a grill and cook for 3-5 minutes turning occasionally. Remove and serve. Serves 4
Category: Dinner Chicken with a Twist ¼ cup Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet L'essence de Oil Melange* Cook Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet L'essence de Oil Melange and flour to make a roux. Add chicken broth , whipping cream, sherry and Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet Tour de Cuisine Cuba spice blend. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add chicken, mushrooms, and rigatoni, stirring well. Transfer to a 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serves 6 African Meatballs 2 lg eggs Heat oven to 350°F. Saute the chopped onion in the Olive Oil blend until lightly browned about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl with a wire whisk, beat the eggs. Add the beef, sausage, sautéed onions, toasted crumbled bread, and Africa spice blend to the large mixing bowl. Mix by hand until combined. Roll into ½ - ¾ inch balls. Place on a baking pan and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Top with favorite sauce. May be served with pasta. Serves 6-8.

Category: Beverages Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet Organic Southern Pecan Coffee 1Tbsp Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet Organic Southern Pecan Coffee Determine the number of cups of coffee to be made. Add 1 Tbsp coffee per 8 oz cup to a drip or percolated coffee maker. After the coffee has been brewed, serve hot, cold, over ice or ice cream. Discontinue heating after coffee has completed brewing or percolating. Preferably, no cream or sugar is needed.

Add 1 Tsp of tea to either a tea ball of Mrs. Bryant's tea sleeve. Place tea sleeve in tea cup and add 8 oz boiling water. Steep 5 minutes or longer (to taste). After the tea has steeped, remove sleeve, serve hot, cold, over ice or frozen into ice cubes. May re-use tea sleeve containing used tea leaves for 1 - 2 cups. Ice cubes may be used in other beverages (non-alcoholic or alcoholic).
